[ What we offer ]
Whatever shape support takes for you, at home, in a household, out in the community, or for a short stay, it's planned with you, delivered by a team you choose, and reviewed honestly.
[ Process ]
Onboarding shouldn't feel like a maze. Here's exactly what happens between your first call and your first shift.
A relaxed first conversation, at home, on a call, or at our office. We learn what good support looks like for you, and answer NDIS questions in plain English.
Together we map out the routine, the team, and the goals. You meet your support workers before they start, and you have the final say on who's on your team.
Support starts. We review every 90 days, or whenever you ask, and we change what isn't working. Your plan grows with you.
[ The name ]
An echo doesn't replace the original voice. It carries it back, clearer, sometimes amplified, but always still yours.
That's the philosophy here. We're not the loud voice in your NDIS plan. We're the one that makes sure your voice is heard, supported, and acted on, in every shift, every review, every conversation.
[ In their words ]
We'd been through three providers in two years. Echo is the first time my son has had the same support workers for more than six months. That stability is everything.

I told them I wanted to get back into woodwork. Eight weeks later I was at the Men's Shed every Tuesday. They didn't just take me, they helped me belong there.

The respite stay gave me a real break for the first time in years. Mum came home happier than when she left. We've booked the next one already.
