[ About ]

A team you'll actually get to know.

Echo Ability Care is a small family-run NDIS provider serving the Melbourne metropolitan area. We bring specialist behaviour support, steady daily living support, and a small team of quality support workers who actually know you.

Our story

We're two brothers. One is a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with three years of practical experience working alongside participants with complex needs. The other handles the business side, the rostering, the tech, and the systems that keep your support reliable.

Together we built Echo Ability Care to offer the kind of NDIS support we'd want for our own family. Daily Living Support, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, and Short Term Accommodation, all delivered by a small, hand-picked team of quality support workers.

Every support worker on our team is hired against the same question: would I want them supporting my own family? It's a low bar to say out loud and a high one to meet.

[ Specialist support ]

Trained, registered, and a team you'll actually know.

[ What guides us ]

Four things we won't compromise on.

Person led, every time

Plans are written with you, not for you. If the support doesn't fit how you actually live, it isn't support. It's a checklist.

Consistency over rosters

We staff for the long game. Small, hand picked teams that stay. Because trust is built in the boring weeks, not the launch week.

Clear and direct

We answer your questions in everyday language. If something isn't working, you'll hear about it from us first. If we don't know, we'll find out and come back to you.

Growth is the point

Good support fades. We measure ourselves on what you can do this year that you couldn't last year, and what you don't need our help with anymore.
